Putting red wine in the fridge for 20 mins

I was at my mother-in-law’s boyfriend’s house for dinner and he had the red wine in the fridge and I said oh interesting! And he said well it’s supposed to be served at such n such a temperature so I put it in there before you got here. Classy move, and one that I have adopted. Especially for summer!
